Helpful but not essential. We can collect from a driveway, garage or back yard with photos and instructions. Payment by card before pickup if you can't be there.
What about heavy items like fridges and pianos?+
Two-person crew is standard, sack-trolley for stairs. Pianos quoted separately because of weight and access risks.
Do you take e-waste?+
Yes. TVs, computers, monitors, batteries — all to certified e-waste recyclers, never landfill.
